Dr. Mona Patel
Dr. Patel believes that proper oral hygiene and disease prevention education is the key to a healthy mouth for her patients. Dr. Patel became a dentist due to her interest in the anatomical sciences and the opportunity to work closely with her patients in a clinical environment. She enjoys treating all age groups and particularly enjoys working with children.
Dr. Patel is a graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She then went on to continue her education at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007. Dr. Patel received the President’s Leadership Award while in dental school, and she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in 2008. Her professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Association of Women Dentists.
Having grown up in the Midwest, Dr. Patel values the importance of patient relationships based on kindness, communication, and enforcing a high standard of dental care. She is always willing to listen to any concerns her patients may have and is eager to provide top quality dental services.
Dr. Patel has settled in Milwaukee with her husband and two young daughters and enjoys cooking and staying active. When she isn’t in the office, Dr. Patel can often be spotted cheering on her daughter on the soccer fields or trying a new restaurant in the Milwaukee area with her family and friends.
